Definition of
public
microarray database and gene expression database
Public microarray database is a public repository of microarray data.
It often accompanies with some data analysis and/or visualization
tools.
Gene epression database contains expression data collected by genomics
technologies other than microarray, for example, SAGE and ESTs
sequencing.
