In response to the questions that many of our participants asked during the seminar, we would like to clarify a few points about our competition regulations:

A. About the choice of scenes:

1. MAXIMUM duration: 20 minutes. Teams which overrun will be penalized.

2. Last year’s finalists must choose a new scene.

B. About first round video submission:

1. Please send us THREE COPIES of your video, in the format of VCD or DVD.

2. No subtitle is allowed on the videos.
