• Arabidopsis Functional Genomics Consortium (AFGC) Microarray Services - providing resources for Arabidopsis genomics and microarray study.
• Bauer Center for Genomics Research, Havard University - an interdepartmental initiative at Harvard University. The overall goal is to combine a variety of experimental and theoretical approaches in several research areas to find general principles that help to explain the structure, behavior, and evolution of cells and organisms.
• BayGenomics - a consortium of research groups in the San Francisco Bay Area. The major goal of BayGenomics is to identify genes relevant to cardiovascular and pulmonary disease. Gene-trap vectors are used to inactivate thousands  of genes in mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells for the purpose of generating knockout mice. All ES cell lines are freely available to the scientific research community.
